ABOUT

With over a decade of experience, I’ve cultivated a dynamic and multifaceted practice rooted in both traditional/classical and urban/vernacular dance forms. My artistic journey has been shaped by a rich tapestry of movement languages, allowing me to fluidly merge diverse styles and create work that transcends genre boundaries.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of choreographing across various platforms, teaching an array of styles, and mentoring dancers at every stage of their development. These experiences deepened my understanding of movement not only as an expressive art form, but as a powerful tool for holistic transformation.

This deep connection to the body naturally led me into the fields of fitness, nutrition, and personal development. I’ve trained and worked with high-end clients in renowned fitness environments such as Fitness First and PureGym, bringing a performance-level understanding of the body into strength training and wellness coaching. At the same time, my commitment to accessibility and community has guided me to work in local centres—supporting youth, elders, and those navigating difficult life transitions.

One of the most meaningful aspects of my journey has been working with individuals in addiction rehabilitation, helping them reconnect with their bodies through proper nutrition, movement, and self-care practices. These experiences have shaped a practice that is both artistically rich and deeply human—centered around healing, empowerment, and sustainable growth.

Whether I’m leading a dance workshop, teaching a fitness class, or guiding someone toward healthier habits, my goal remains the same: to create spaces where creativity, connection, and transformation can thrive. I believe movement is a bridge—not just to artistic expression, but to personal evolution—and I am passionate about helping others discover that for themselves.

I’m proudly carving out a name for myself as a vibrant force in the worlds of health, wellness, and the creative arts—passionately bridging these industries through movement, performance, and purpose.

From training high-end clients at Fitness First and PureGym, Teaching Yoga In Canary Islands by the beach, to guiding young people and elders in community centres across London, my work spans grassroots to global. On stage and in the spotlight, I’ve had the honour of performing and facilitating at some of the UK’s most iconic venues and festivals, including the O2 Arena (Greenwich), Co-op Live (Manchester), Sadler’s Wells, Boomtown, Reading Festival, Medicine Festival, Love Saves the Day, Om & Bass, Camp Bestival, Margate Winter Gardens, Turner Contemporary, The Place, The Vault Festival, Tour De Moon, Folkestone Triennial, Oxford Dance, Rich Mix—and many more.

Beyond the stage, I’ve collaborated with global brands like Paco Rabanne, Nike, Ubisoft, Netflix, SixthJune, and Kuki, contributing to music videos, film, fashion campaigns, and editorial shoots. These experiences have not only elevated my artistic voice but have also deepened my mission: to inspire, empower, and shape the future of well-being and creativity through movement, storytelling, and holistic care.
