I have been trained in traditional/classical and urban/vernacular dance styles. I have many years experience in choreographing projects, teaching a variety of different styles, mentoring/coaching students and facilitating workshops. Along the journey I’ve also picked up a wide range of skills in different art forms. I have a lot of experience in merging forms and crossovers, i have a lot of expertise when it comes to facilitating/teaching as well. I have more than a decade of years experience and still going strong.

I am continuing to be a positive role model and household name in the health/wellness & creative arts industry.
